Anas Al-Takriti and Azzam Al-Tamimi did not accept the new extremism law in Britain

It’s unclear who will be on the list, and critics say branding nonviolent groups as extremists could undermine freedom of speech.

The government defined extremism as “the promotion or advancement of an ideology based on violence, hatred or intolerance” that aims to destroy others’ rights and freedoms or “undermine, overturn or replace the UK’s system of liberal parliamentary democracy and democratic rights.”

The government did not provide examples of extremist groups, but Communities Secretary Michael Gove pointed to the threat from the extreme right and "Islamist extremists who are seeking to separate Muslims from the rest of society and create division within Muslim communities.”

Islamic and civil liberties groups said they worried the definition would be used disproportionately on Muslims.

In response to this decision, Azzam Tamimi, a Palestinian-British political activist and academic, said : " The extremist right wing government of Rishi Sunak and Michael Gove has published a list of the honourable in the UK. These are the organisations that stand for truth & justice, something the Sunak government is allergic to.

The Brotherhood leader, Anas Al-Tikriti, who is known to be the founder and president of the Cordoba Foundation, the supporting and financing tool for the terrorist Brotherhood organization, which was classified on the lists of global terrorist organizations, and is considered the most important face of the international organization of the Brotherhood in Europe, and the architect of the group’s relations with Western governments, also made several statements, including that remaining in A gray area serves two main purposes:

1- It is almost impossible to defend yourself legally because being an extremist is not an accusation of illegality, but rather a personal assessment.

2- You are completely opposed to accusation, suspicion, association, and defamation. There is no flame without fire.

More importantly, it portrays the British government as pathetically weak and without any legs to stand on, otherwise it would have banned these organizations or sought legal redress against them.
